If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.

Payment

Cash on Delivery is available across the UAE. Any other payment options are shown at checkout. Online payments are processed securely by our payment providers.

Delivery

We deliver within the United Arab Emirates only. Delivery is free, and estimated delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy.

Returns, refunds and cancellations
